Kitchen and Bath Project Manager/Sales

Our ideal candidate has owned or managed an interior remodeling company with a focus on kitchen and bathroom remodels for several years with previous installation experience to begin his/her career. The candidate would have complete knowledge of the installation process from start to finish. Possess an understanding of related plumbing, electrical, and structural building codes to facilitate coordination of sales process and partnerships with licensed, professional contractors specialized in the trade. Meet with customers at the home, measure, layout, and discuss products and options. Finalize and sign contracts with timelines explained to the customer. Periodic and Final inspections of job sites to maintain accuracy and quality. The candidate should have a working knowledge of 2020 design software, layout, measurements, and blueprints. 2020 design mastery is not critical. Periodic and Final inspections of jobsites to maintain accuracy and quality. Accurately order and receive materials in a timely, cost-effective manner. Develop and execute a marketing budget to network with the new and existing 40-year customer base. Manage sales and profitability goals. Must be able to effectively lead and grow a team that works towards a common goal of complete customer satisfaction.
